ANGIOLINE sponsors conferences in Vladikavkaz, Novosibirsk and Orenburg

The Angioline company has sponsored three conferences dedicated to aspects of interventional cardiology. These events, bringing together many Russian and foreign specialists, took place in three cities of Russia: in Vladikavkaz (from June 27 to June 29), in Orenburg and Novosibirsk (from June 28 to June 29). In Vladikavkaz, Angioline became the general partner of the symposium, which was held in the framework of the congress “The Role of the Diagnostic Complex and X-ray Endovascular Technologies at the Hospital Stage of Emergency and Emergency Medical Aid” and the 19th Interregional Scientific and Practical International Conference “Diagnostic Issues and interventional radiology and surgical technology”. The congress was organized by the “Scientific and Practical Society of Emergency Medicine Doctors” - the leading Russian association of specialists working in the field of emergency medicine: resuscitation specialists, emergency medical doctors, surgeons, cardiologists and other medical professionals. In Orenburg, Angioline supported the 4th International Symposium “Intravascular Imaging Techniques-2019”: the company was the general sponsor. The event discussed issues and problems of the methods used in the course of surgical interventions for cardiovascular diseases. The main objective of the conference was the exchange of experience between leading foreign and domestic experts using intravascular imaging methods during interventional procedures - intravascular ultrasound, optical coherent tomography, intravascular spectroscopy, and the study of fractional blood flow reserve. Also, "Angioline" became the gold sponsor of the anniversary, 10th Meshalkin readings in Novosibirsk. About 500 specialists took part in the event: cardiologists, oncologists, neurologists, cardiovascular surgeons, neurosurgeons, radiotherapists and doctors for endovascular diagnosis and treatment. The conference addressed issues of endovascular cardiology, neurosurgery, aspects of the surgical treatment of coronary heart disease and other key aspects of surgery, covered modern methods of cardiovascular surgery and presented the results of advanced research in this area. In particular, the participants of the event were the Candidate of Medical Sciences, the leading researcher at the Center for Interventional Cardiology of ac E.N. Meshalkin Ministry of Health of Russia Yevgeny Kretov. In his lecture “Domestic development of transcatheter systems for aortic valve prosthetics,” he spoke about the current status of the development of Russian technologies for transcatheter aortic valve replacement and demonstrated the work of the Angioline's transcatheter valve using a simulation model. Angioline will continue to support scientific conferences aimed at introducing state-of-the-art techniques into Russian interventional cardiology, significantly reducing the risks of surgical interventions.
