"ANGIOLINE" conducted a course on organizational and technical aspects of treatment of an acute ischemic stroke

The Angioline company together with research institute of ambulance of I.I. Dzhanelidze organized a training course which completed in St. Petersburg on April 15-16. The training was devoted to organizational and technical aspects of the endovascular help at strokes. Part in it was taken by doctors from Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk region. During the training program questions of diagnostics and treatment of a stroke, logistics of rendering specialized medical care at the acute ischemic stroke (AIS) were studied and endovascular treatment of OII and also medicamentous maintenance of operational intervention and the subsequent escort of patients with OII. Special attention was paid to consideration of aspects of endovascular treatment – a perspective low-invasive method which is less traumatic for patients, than other ways, and becomes more and more demanded now. In particular, such important topics as tool equipment of the angiographic operating room, technology of performing procedures of a trombekstraktsii/trombaspiration, strategy and tactics of intervention depending on anatomic features of a cardiovascular system of this or that patient were covered. Also within the training there took place the simulyatsionny session during which participants worked techniques of intervention on vascular model. Let's remind that this the first of four planned educational actions which will be organized this year by Angioline. The purpose of training courses which are conducted by the company consists in professional development of intervention cardiologists and training in their skills of work with the latest equipment for endovascular surgery. Courses are taught by the invited specialists from the leading medical centers of Russia. The company will organize training courses independently in cooperation with the leading clinics which are leaders in the corresponding directions of vascular interventions. The subsequent training courses will pass in Novosibirsk and in Moscow.
